We ship daily WORLDWIDE from Slovenia and Italy from monday to friday, most of all orders will be shipped same day or no later than 72 hours. We carefully inspect and set up every item in order to avoid shipping of faulty items or not up to our quality standards. Please allow us up to 6 working days if a pickup/electronics change/upgrade is requested. Times may slightly vary depending on current workload.
IMPORTANT: TITAN CABS products are shipped from our warehouse/fulfillment center in Los Angeles (USA) and due to their consistent weight and measurements are available for online sale in the lower 48 U.S. States only. Please get in touch with us by email, mail or phone to arrange a shipping outside the U.S.
Methods of payment accepted
Italian customers: accettiamo pagamenti tramite Paypal, Carta di Credito online o pagamento tramite ordine telefonico con Carta di Credito tramite Pos Virtuale, Bonifico Bancario/Postagiro, Vaglia e ricarica PostePay.
International customers: we accept Paypal, Credit Card online/mail order/phone order or wire transfer (you can ask for our banking infos or you can get them by placing an order at our online shop)
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
In case of direct credit card payment your credit card will be billed as REDOMAST LTD ONLINE
In case of wire transfer or Paypal eCheck no order will be shipped before payment has been cleared. Usually it can get up to five working days to reiceve a wire transfer from abroad, this depends on customer’s bank processing time, in most cases no more than three working days.
Refund Policy
Emperion fixes a precise policy for everything concerning the refund and returning procedures according to the Directive 1999/44/EC “on certain aspects of the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees” and to the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
In the case you received a wrong or a damaged item:
A wrong item must be considered, according to the EU and International laws:
(a) an item that does not comply with the description given by Emperion and does not possess the qualities of the item which Emperion has held out to you as a sample or model;
(b) an item that does not fit for any particular purpose for which you require them and which you made known to Emperion at the time of conclusion of the contract and which Emperion has accepted;
(c) an item that does not fit for the purposes for which items of the same type are normally used;
(d) an item that does not show the quality and performance which are normal in items of the same type and which you can reasonably expect, given the nature of the items and taking into account any public statements [Emperion can not be bound by any public statement about the item: (a) if it shows that it was not, and could not reasonably have been, aware of the statement in question; (b) if it shows that by the time of conclusion of the contract the statement had been corrected; (c) if it show that the decision to buy the item could not have been influenced by the statement. On the specific characteristics of the items made about them by Emperion, its factory or its representative, particularly in advertising or on labeling.
Customers that received a wrong item or a damaged one may elect to have the item replaced or repaired. Any repair or replacement shall be completed within a reasonable time and without any significant inconvenience to the consumer, taking account of the nature of the items and the purpose for which the consumer required those ones. If you opted for a repair or a replacement, it is anyway your right to require an appropriate reduction of the price or have the contract rescinded with a full refund:
- if the consumer is entitled to neither repair nor replacement;
- if Emperion has not completed the remedy within a reasonable time;
- if Emperion has not completed the remedy without significant inconvenience to the consumer.
If you received a wrong or a damage item, it must be returned within 7 business days of receiving the item to get a full refund.Items may be returned for any other reason within 30 days of receiving but will not have shipping charges refunded. Only ground shipping charges will be refunded to the customer for an amount not exceeding 39 EUR (in the case of overseas shipping it won’t be possible to refund any shipping charge. Any shipment outside of the European Union is to be considered as oversea shipping. If this case occurs Emperion will manage an agreement with the customer case by case, orders shipped outside of the EU are not refundable but may elect for a item exchange of the same value in agreement with the customer.
Emperion shall be liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity which exists at the time the item was delivered. There shall be deemed not to be a lack of conformity of the item if, at the time the contract was concluded, the consumers were aware, or could not reasonably be unaware of, the lack of conformity, or if the lack of conformity has its origin in materials supplied by the consumers.
It is important to notice that the consumer is not entitled to have the contract rescinded, and so to receive the refund, if the lack of conformity is minor (the word minor is referred to those flaws insignificant for the proper use of the item you bought).
In all the other cases:
Items may be returned and refunded for any other reason within 30 days of receiving, but will not have shipping charges refunded. Return shipping refunds will not exceed regular “UPS Standard”,”UPS Expedited” (for outside Europe shippings) or regular PosteItaliane shipping method to the customers location (in any case the shipping charges refunded won’t go over 39 EUR). We will arrange the return shipping for you. Returns and exchanges will usually be processed within one week of receipt. If you elect to send items back on your own (not have UPS pickup) be sure to put insurance the product and get a return tracking number: the items that are lost or damaged on the way back to Emperion are not refundable. The items must be returned in brand new condition with unaltered original package. All items modified by the customer are not returnable.
In case of refund eligibility you will receive your refund the next working day after receiving confirmation from us, in any case no later than five working days, verification process can take up to three working days.
We ship from Slovenia. Our warehouse is currently in the EU (Slovenia). Customers ordering outside the EU are also responsible for paying their own customs duty / VAT, which will be added to your bill on all export sales and is due upon receipt of order. Customs duty and brokerage charges (for orders outside EU) are not refundable for any reason.

- Emperion reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at its websites and e-stores at any time.
- Emperion may make changes to any products or services offered at its websites and e-stores, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided at our websites and e-stores with respect to products and services may be out of date, and Emperion makes no commitment to update the information provided at these websites and e-stores with respect to such products and services.
- Emperion reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to its websites or e-stores, or to any portion of them, for any reason; (2) to modify or change its websites and e-stores, or any portion of them, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of its websites and e-stores, or any portion of them, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
Warranty
Items have a 2 year warranty against any factory defect(s) from the day the instrument was delivered; this does not cover any customization done personally by the customer or by Emperion Staff for semi-custom items, nor damage due to improper use or accident. Items held for more than 30 days may be returned for repair or replacement after receiving email approval. Return shipping charges are not covered under the warranty. Modifying item voids warranty.
A copy of your original receipt must accompany all returns. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return on your receipt.
If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. If you paid via paypal, a paypal refund will be issued.
Items shipped outside the EU are sold as is – no warranty

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
