Our small but hard-working custom shop can offer 100% custom instruments made upon the specs you require. We take great pride that the master luthier working in our lab is a world champion. There we merge 30+ years of experience in guitar making with the most modern technologies in CNC routing. We can offer some features that are not used anymore by any other custom instrument manufacturer. For instance our 100% custom neck thru guitars are built like no other on the market, we do not use 3 or 5 pcs neck thru but 1 solid piece of selected maple with absolutely no joints. This gives to your instrument a both killer and unique tone, sustain not to mention an unbelievable stability.

As our lab is quite a small one we can take a limited number of orders and turnaround time is about 120 days from order confirmation.

Below you can find a list of features we can offer, anything different from the following list is currently not offered by our 100% custom shop.

CONDITIONS:

As a custom quote needs time and energy to be generated and every specs must be agreed in detail we require a 10 EUR non refundable fee per quote, that will be taken out of the final amount if the order is confirmed by the customer. However, you can expect that the price of your instrument wouldn’t be less than 1000 EUR plus shipping.

Once the order is agreed you will be asked to sign a detailed spec sheet about your order, once this one is accepted and order taken into consignment by wiring us 50% of the total amount agreed, the specs CANNOT be changed in any way, no exceptions.

The remaining 50% of the total amount should be wired us upon completion before the instrument is shipped to customer’s address. The customer will be constantly updated with construction pics about his instrument during the production process, this further service is of course supplied for free.

100% Custom instruments cannot be shipped without hardcase and shipping will be insured for the full amount. We cannot lower the declared value in any case.

All of this is made to grant the best service possible and to avoid any misunderstandings or losses on our or customer’s side.

• Install Different Pickups:

We offer you the possibility to chose among all the best pickups brand. All Emperion guitars Revo Series leave the warehouse with Horizon pickups installed. The operation to substitute these pickups is absolutely free, so you won’t have any cost further from the pickups price. The first stock of 7 string Emperion Revo guitar will have pickup rings. So it won’t be possible to install soapbar style pickups, like the EMG 7 string ones. However 7 string one like Seymour Duncan Blackouts (Phase I) and Bare Knuckle can be installed regularly.

• Change Strings, Setup and Tuning:

Emperion offers you the possibility to opt for different string brands. The standard scale we put on our guitars is 0.09-0.46 for the 6 strings and 0.10-0.52 for the 7 strings. If you want to have a customized tuning you have to consider that this could mean a different scale. We will take care to advice you the best solutions possible in this case. The installation of different kind of strings from the standard ones would not have any cost for you further from the cost of the string set itself. • Hardware Change:

Bridges:

Emperion usually uses two kind of bridges:

- TOM bridges:

The Emperion guitars come out from the factory with standards TOM bridges. We offer you the possibility to change this standard bridges only for the 6 strings guitars (unfortunately it is impossible to substitute the 7 strings bridges). The service is possible only for those bridges who have the same seizes of the standard ones. We won’t install any bridge who will require a pin adaptment or that could in any case damage the structure of the guitar.

- Floyd Rose bridges:

Every Emperion guitar with this system has an Original Floyd Rose kit installed in the black version. We offer you the possibility to substitute it, with different kind of colorations. If the installation of a different FLoyd Rose kit would mean a pin adaptment, this service won’t be offered for free. You have to consider it free only if the existent routing job perfectly fits with the Floyd Rose kit you chose. If not we require to adapt it 50 euro more.

The installation of both types of bridges is free (a part from the cases already explained). So you won’t have any cost further from the price of the different bridge you will choose.

Tuning Keys:

All Emperion guitars leave the factory with standard tuning keys. We offer you the possibility to change them with all the most important brands. We can install both the self-locking tuning keys or the normal one. Also in this case the installation is free, so you will have to pay only the price of the tuning keys, but only where the tuning keys you’ll choose have the same seizes of the standard ones. If it is not so, we won’t risk to damage the structure of the guitar.

Straplocks:

All Emperion Revo Series instruments comes equipped with standard strap pins. However we can offer installation of straplocks for free. We require only the straplocks cost to be covered by the customer. We can offer brand names such as Schaller and Dunlop, and more cost effective ones, like Marvel.

The availability of all these custom pieces, depends on the stocks our suppliers has at the moment you order it. Any lack of disponibility will be communicated to the customer, to eventually find another satisfing solution.

We also offer you the possibily to directly supply us the custom pieces you want to install on your Emperion guitar. In this case we don’t respond in any way of any lack of conformity they could show. You will be advertised about any problem we could have with it, but in any case you won’t have any different right from the return of the custom piece you sent to us.

This guitar has been built by a world champion master luthier we’ve the honor to work with. It comes directly from a very limited supply of seasoned wood we’ve available (date is stamped on the inside, luthier’s name is masked for privacy purposes but it can be disclosed privately to customers).
